On May 19, 2017, Danielle R. Marchant, a shareholder at JGSM, spoke at the Spring Conference for the Washington State Council of School Attorneys, which was held in Seattle, Washington. The topic she presented dealt with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, also known as FERPA. Danielle represents various school districts in North Central Washington and also serves as a board member for the Washington State Council of School Attorneys.

Danielle represents school districts on various issues, including student rights and discipline, employment, public records, student records, and real property matters.
Mike Bradford, an attorney with JGSM, was a guest speaker on La Pera Radio on January 26, 2017. He presented on President Trump’s recent executive actions regarding immigration. In addition, Mike spoke about DACA, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, which President Trump has not yet addressed by executive action, although it was a significant issue in his campaign. The interview was conducted in Spanish as Mike is fluent in Spanish and English.
Clayton J. Graef has joined JGSM as an Associate Attorney. He is currently assigned to prosecute non-felony cases on behalf of the City of Wenatchee as an appointed Assistant City Attorney. Clayton is a member of the Chelan-Douglas County Bar Association and a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
Aaron Harris, a member at JGSM, has knowledge regarding the new changes to the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act, including disposition of property and procedure when a tenant passes away. Aaron represents many landlords, including landlords who offer Section 8 housing assistance.
